1月

• 申请入学 - Recommended date for new students to apply for admission. Students 必须 be accepted and have access to their student accounts before they can complete a housing application.
• 申请经济资助 -申请经济援助. It is recommended that you complete your FAFSA at the same time as you complete your tax return. (它们是相连的.)

2月

• 住房 Applications for upcoming Academic Year become 可用 for all students.

三月至四月

• 住房 Applications for Returning residents become 可用. Returning residents should complete this application to guarantee housing, and select their suitemates and building of choice.

五月

• Guaranteed housing if applied by 五月 1.
• 五月开始, housing placements for new students will be emailed to your MCC student email account on a rolling basis. 住房 is first-come, first-served, and assignments are based on application completion date.

6月

• Students should begin to complete necessary requirements prior to August:

1. 注册课程
2. 提交居留证明
3. Submit Immunizations and Proof of 健康 Insurance
4. 支付大学学费 

8月入学

• 2024年8月9日: 12个月住房搬进日
• 2024年8月22日- 23日 Standard 10-Month 住房 Move-In Days

Students who are under the age of 18 may 不 agree to the terms and conditions of housing on their own without a parent/guardian signature. Students who are under 18 will be directed via their confirmation page and via a confirmation email to have a parent/guardian fill out a form and send it in separately from the online housing application.

Underage students have 7 business days to mail/fax/email the form to the 住房和居住生活 Office. An underage application will 不 be completed and date/time stamped until this form is received. If it is received within those 7 days, the application will be date/time stamped for the time the application was submitted. Excessively late forms (more than 10 business days) will push the date/time stamp to the time the form is received.

打破费用

Prior to moving in, all residential students 必须 satisfy their College and 住房 bill. Options for payment include any combination of:

• 金融援助、助学金、奖学金、贷款
• 付款计划
• 全额付款

The housing agreement will be binding for the entire academic year. 因此, students will be financially responsible for both semesters unless the 住房和居住生活 Department is able to re-establish occupancy following a student's request for release.

Students requesting to terminate the contractual obligation for the Spring 2025 semester 必须 不ify the 住房和居住生活 Office by 2024年12月. Students vacating due to graduation, 实习, 军事征用, or transfer to a不her institution 必须 provide supporting documentation by 2025年1月15日.

Students requesting to vacate for any other purpose or who do 不 provide supporting documentation will also forfeit their $200 security deposit.
